Product Manager – Expereo Digital Office (Commercial XP)

Lead the development and optimisation of technical product offerings in the Commercial XP domain, bridging product management with technical teams to ensure solutions are market‑ready, performant, usable and scalable.

• Define and implement product strategies and roadmaps for technical products, aligning with market needs and company goals.
• Translate product vision into prioritised requirements and collaborate with engineering to produce actionable tasks and detailed specifications.
• Conduct in‑depth technical analysis of products and market trends to provide insights for future initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between product, engineering and sales teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Lead product discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify and refine new feature opportunities and use cases.
• Manage the product lifecycle from initiation and development through launch and ongoing enhancement.
• Monitor and analyse product performance metrics to inform optimisation and decision‑making processes.
• Establish and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria and product specifications.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in a technical domain, preferably within telecoms or technology‑driven sectors.
• Proven ability to manage technical products through their full lifecycle, ideally in SaaS or cloud‑based environments.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Prior experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding Agile methodologies.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
