Functieomschrijving:
As a Logistics Planner, you are responsible for ensuring that logistics processes run smoothly from start to finish. You maintain the overview, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure customers receive reliable service.Your responsibilities include:

• Processing customer orders and coordinating transportation with carriers.
• Aligning with the warehouse regarding stock availability, planning, and shipments.
• Booking, tracking, and managing shipments in the system.
• Maintaining daily communication with customers and external partners.
• Monitoring customer agreements and KPIs.
• Handling claims and complaints and taking appropriate corrective actions.
• Supporting cost management, pricing, and monthly reporting activities.
• Analyzing data and contributing to process improvements.

You are an essential part of the logistics chain and ensure all involved parties stay informed and aligned.
