You will collaborate with Commercial Strategy, Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Channel Marketing, Creative Services, and external partners to create impactful campaigns and optimize performance. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences across both digital and offline channels.Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing communication plans aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through launch and optimization.
- Create campaign messaging, manage creative briefs, oversee asset development, and coordinate campaign execution across multiple channels.
- Monitor campaign progress, manage timelines, and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Strategy, Product Marketing, and external agencies to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Continuously evaluate customer insights, market trends, and emerging marketing practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Support the development of seamless customer journeys by integrating digital and offline marketing activities.
- Act as a marketing ambassador, promoting collaboration and best practices across regional and global teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, campaign management, or a similar role within a mid-to-large-sized organization.
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated 360° marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience creating or editing customer-facing marketing content.
- Experience working across both B2B and B2C marketing environments is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing marketing activities based on data.
