What will you do?
As a Material Coordinator, you will play an important role within the procurement team. You will ensure that the right parts are available on time for aircraft maintenance activities, directly contributing to a safe and efficient maintenance operation.
Your initial responsibilities will include:
- Placing orders for required aircraft parts and materials
- Monitoring delivery schedules and proactively following up on order statuses
- Processing, verifying, and maintaining administrative records
- Keeping procurement systems, documentation, and related data up to date
As you gain experience, you will take on increasing responsibility. You will learn more about the world of aircraft maintenance and technical procurement and will eventually be responsible for independently sourcing parts that are not readily available. Persistence, accuracy, and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this role.
You will work closely with experienced Buyers, Senior Buyers, and maintenance technicians on a daily basis, giving you the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of both the organization and the industry.

In addition, you have:
- MBO+ level of working and thinking, or an equivalent level of education and capability
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Affinity with administrative processes and digital systems
- A structured and detail-oriented way of working
- A proactive attitude and the perseverance to find solutions when challenges arise
- An interest in technology, logistics, or procurement
- A clear career path from Material Coordinator to Buyer and ultimately Senior Buyer
- A starting salary of €2,800 gross per month
- This is a full-time position
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance

- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre (up to 60 kilometres per day)
