Responsibilities
- Answer customer enquiries in French and English via phone and email
- Support customers purchasing products through major marketplaces and retail partners
- Maintain relationships with key French accounts and business partners
- Coordinate and process warranty enquiries and product support
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Assist with the continued expansion of the brand in the French market
- Fluent French and English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or account management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously
- Experience in retail or e-commerce is an advantage
