telli is seeking a Head of Marketing / Marketing Lead to own and scale the company’s marketing engine—from strategy and budget to execution. You’ll translate a technical product into compelling positioning and build a repeatable, AI-first growth motion that generates demand and delivers pipeline. This role is central to telli’s expansion and requires a hands‑on leader who can both plan and execute.
What you'll do- Own marketing end-to-end, with full strategic and operational responsibility and budget ownership.
- Define positioning, storytelling, and content that make a technical product memorable and conversion-focused.
- Set strategy, priorities, and KPIs across channels and report on pipeline impact.
- Build and run a growth playbook that prioritizes AI and automation to scale inbound across organic and paid.
- Plan and execute go‑to‑market launches for new segments and markets, including UK/US expansion.
- Operate hands‑on initially and hire and scale a high‑performing marketing team as needed.
- Continuously test and prove new channels, using experiments and data to drive decisions.
- 4+ years in growth or marketing with a track record of owning the function and managing a meaningful budget, ideally at an early‑stage company or as an early hire.
- Proven experience translating technical products into clear positioning and memorable storytelling.
- Strong, hands‑on growth experience across organic and paid channels, with a focus on building repeatable playbooks.
- Data‑driven decision‑making and experience running experiments and tracking KPIs.
- Deep familiarity with AI and automation tools applied to marketing.
- Experience building and leading teams while remaining operationally involved.
- Fluent communicator in English and German and willing to work on site in Berlin.
