Logistics & Events Coordinator

• Preparing, shipping, and receiving materials, products, and exhibition equipment;
• Loading and unloading trucks;
• Setting up and dismantling exhibition stands and event locations;
• Assembling products and prototypes, both in the workshop and on-site;
• Coordinating and tracking deliveries, including shipping documentation, labels, and track-and-trace information;
• Working with logistics systems and transportation platforms;
• Managing inventory and maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse;
• Supporting logistics operations during trade shows and events in the Netherlands and abroad.

You also have:

• A level of working and thinking ability that enables you to quickly understand and manage logistics processes;
• Good physical fitness; you regularly lift materials, stay active throughout the day, and work at various locations;
• A valid Category B driver's license;
• Experience with, or an affinity for, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) and logistics software;
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues;
• A hands-on attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.

• A permanent contract from the start;
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week (8 hours per day);
• A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,000, depending on experience;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• 28 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment);
• An employer pension contribution of 18% of the pension premium;
• During trade show and event periods, you will work flexible hours. This may involve longer working days, for which a company vehicle is available;
• A company laptop is provided; a mobile phone can be discussed;
• A role in which your contribution is immediately visible, within a committed and collaborative team.
