In this role, you will not be responsible for planning trucks from point A to point B. Instead, you will ensure that the inbound transportation process runs smoothly by monitoring and managing it through various systems. You will track progress, identify discrepancies, and process data accurately.
Your responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and following up on inbound transportation flows (rail and ocean freight) through internal systems
- Checking, analyzing, and processing transportation and planning data
- Identifying delays or irregularities and coordinating with the relevant stakeholders
- Recording transportation data accurately in internal systems (such as FIS)
- Working with Excel reports and data overviews
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and working methods
You will work full-time in a day shift and become part of a close-knit team of experienced colleagues who will provide thorough training and support.

You also have:
- A minimum MBO Level 4 working and thinking level (or equivalent vocational qualification)
- Strong administrative and digital skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Good command of the English language
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
Preferred (not required):
- Knowledge of logistics processes or supply chain operations
- Experience with a Transport Management System (TMS) or planning software
- Proficiency in the English language
