Tolsa Nederland focuses on producing and packaging products for the consumer segment. Our plant in Vlaardingen specialises in hygiene products for pets, primarily producing and selling cat litter under our own brand Sanicat as well as private labels.
Mission
You will manage suppliers, customers, accounts payable and receivable, and support general ledger accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full supplier invoice workflow from receipt to accounting.
- Register invoices and payments; perform controls and reconciliations.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly.
- Record accruals and analytical accounting entries.
- Monitor supplier guarantees and contractor certificates.
- Issue manual service invoices.
- Register recurring expenses and fixed assets; calculate amortisations.
- Make decisions in the absence of the responsible party.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You will work closely with Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Finance.
