- Drive the convergence of navigation and autonomous driving into a single, integrated platform.
- Define and build a software layer that understands the road at lane level and supports real-time decision-making.
- Shape the future direction of the business, with a focus on assisted and autonomous driving.
- Own product decisions across ADAS features, assisted driving experiences, and the broader evolution toward autonomy.
- Bring together internal capabilities (maps, software) with external partners across perception, compute, and connectivity.
- Create a platform offering that OEMs can adopt without having to assemble complex systems themselves.
- Experience building and shipping software products in real-time or safety-critical environments.
- A track record of leading product teams through meaningful business or platform transitions.
- Strong experience working across both deep technology and commercial partnerships.
- Ability to make clear portfolio decisions, including stopping initiatives when needed.
- A clear point of view on the role of independent platforms in software‑defined vehicles.
