Job Description
- Drive growth for a portfolio of clients, acting as the CEO for their account.
- Develop deep internal and external relationships and possess industry domain and business acumen to partner with client executive teams.
- Manage a sales team and own a portfolio exceeding $50 M.
- Responsible for driving growth within a global or regional portfolio of over $30 M through partnership with enterprise sales and mining of existing relationships.
- Identify, close, and deliver consulting opportunities and larger transformation opportunities including managed services.
- Build vision for the portfolio and enable it through strategic roadmaps, growth plans for key accounts.
- Lead account planning, strategy, and understand P&L levers and contract or change management.
- Set up operational processes to optimize account management and client engagement.
- Actively participate in industry associations and forums.
- Own the P&L for the account in collaboration with Operations.
- Develop meaningful relationships with C‑suite leaders across organizations.
- Drive thought‑leadership conversations and build a trusted advisor reputation with CXO & business leaders.
- Maintain client satisfaction and NPS.
- Determine and orchestrate necessary resources to support the account.
- Consult clients on business and technology insights to drive transformation agendas.
- Lead Digital and Data‑Tech‑AI initiatives with clients.
- Qualify deals for subsequent pursuit and drive sales team performance using sales planning tools and metrics.
- Provide thought leadership and direction; facilitate commercial negotiations for mutual value.
- Construct commercial models aligned with client business drivers and objectives.
- Navigate political landscapes at the client and within Genpact.
- Handle end‑to‑end lifecycle of the team, including hiring, onboarding, assessment, performance evaluation, and termination.
- Coach, mentor, train, and develop team career paths.
- Consult leadership and HR on sensitive employee situations.
- Build team community through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
- Communicate vision clearly to team members and organize resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with Operations leaders to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s – Commerce, Economics, or Finance
- Master’s – Business Administration or Business Analytics
