Reach Truck Operator (3-Shift)

For DHL Supply Chain in Beringe, we are looking for enthusiastic Reach Truck Operators with an eye for detail. In this varied role, you will play an important part in the logistics process by ensuring goods are handled safely, efficiently, and on time.

What will you do?

As a Reach Truck Operator (3-Shift), you will be responsible for picking the correct orders using a reach truck. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that customer orders are accurately selected and prepared for shipment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Picking orders using a reach truck.
• Working in a cross-trained environment, meaning you will occasionally assist in other warehouse positions when needed.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Supporting various warehouse activities as required.

Working Hours

You will work in a 3-shift rotation according to the following schedule:

• 06:00 – 15:00
• 09:00 – 18:00
• 15:00 – 00:00

During your onboarding period, you will typically start in the 09:00 – 18:00 shift.

In addition, you have:

• VMBO level education or an equivalent level of work and thinking.
• Full-time availability.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• The ability to perform well under pressure.
• Residence within a 50-kilometer radius of Beringe.
• Experience in logistics is an advantage, but not required.
• Experience operating a reach truck. A valid reach truck certificate is highly preferred.

• A gross hourly wage starting at €15.00, excluding shift allowances.
• You will start with a gross hourly wage of €15.00 (excluding shift allowances). After obtaining the required certifications, your salary will be increased.
