As Digital Marketing Director, you play a key role in delivering Quooker’s Strategy 2030 ambitions. You are responsible for driving digital growth and commercial impact across the full customer journey, from awareness and acquisition to conversion, retention and online revenue growth.
You translate business and brand ambitions into clear digital marketing strategies and ensure successful execution across markets. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you drive performance, optimise investments and focus on delivering sustainable growth.
You lead Quooker’s digital marketing agenda across media, CRM, e-commerce and digital platforms. By leveraging data, technology and customer insights, you continuously improve customer journeys, strengthen customer relationships and increase digital performance.
In addition, you lead the further development of Quooker’s digital marketing organisation. You build high‑performing teams, strengthen digital capabilities across markets and create the structure, governance and ways of working needed to support future growth. Together with colleagues across Brand, Insights, Category Management, IT and local markets, you ensure that global ambitions are translated into effective local execution.
As a member of the Marketing Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CMO, you combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and make a direct contribution to Quooker’s long‑term growth ambitions.

Qualifications and responsibilities:
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing and/or e-commerce.
- A proven track record of delivering measurable digital growth within international consumer‑focused organisations.
- Strong expertise in media, performance marketing, CRM and e-commerce.
- Experience leading teams and building digital capabilities within an organisation.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- A strategic thinker with a strong focus on execution and results.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑growing and evolving international environment.
