Job DescriptionThe Strategic Revenue Management Analyst role focuses on improving promotional effectiveness and mix management through deep data analysis. You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights that drive commercial decision-making, enhance profitability, and optimize investment strategies.

Responsibilities- Analyze promotional performance across customers, channels, brands, and packs
- Evaluate promotion mechanics such as ROI, depth, frequency, and incremental volume
- Identify opportunities to improve promotional efficiency and reduce trade spend losses
- Support the development of promotion guidelines and decision frameworks
- Analyze product mix performance across brands, channels, and customer segments
- Identify opportunities to accelerate, optimize, defend, or rationalize product portfolios
- Build dashboards and reports for commercial teams
- Translate complex datasets into clear business insights and recommendations
- Support business reviews, planning cycles, and internal strategy discussions
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and category management teams
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, consulting, finance, sales, or commercial analytics
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets
- Solid commercial understanding and interest in revenue growth strategy
- Ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Power BI, NielsenIQ, VisualFabriq, or ThinkCell is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly
- Detail oriented and structured approach to problem solving
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
