Consumer Marketing Director Whitening & Interdental
Minimum Required EducationMaster's Degree in Marketing Technology, Medical Technology, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum Required Experience10-15+ years of experience in strategic leadership within Brand Management or Product Marketing.
ResponsibilitiesFormulate marketing objectives by leveraging deep insights into the Consumer Experience Journey, aligning team efforts with strategic business goals. Develop and direct a global integrated innovation and communication roadmap, overseeing product launches, commercial readiness, and consistent execution across categories to enhance consumer engagement. Collaborate with finance and regional leaders to manage portfolio P&L, develop effective pricing strategies, and ensure global initiatives are relevant to local markets. Evaluate business performance through in-market analysis, partnering with Consumer and Commercial Analytics teams to monitor business growth, market share, and brand strength, while coaching team members to optimize plans and improve future outcomes. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by providing feedback, supporting professional growth, and ensuring the team is equipped to meet current and future business challenges.
Qualifications- 10-15+ years of experience in strategic leadership within Brand Management or Product Marketing Management roles with direct oversight of diverse product portfolios.
- Master's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Visionary mindset with proven ability to recognize consumer/professional trends, develop strategic approaches, and align resources to delivery of plan.
- Excellence in building high-performance teams that exhibit deep collaboration, challenge norms, and exude passion for the business.
- Proven ability to lead teams and build cross‑functional engagement across the product management value stream in a highly matrixed organization (e.g., R&D, Legal, Clinical, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.).
