Job Description- End‑to‑end responsibility for group finance, accounting, and reporting
- Management of group consolidation, statutory reporting, and monthly and annual closings
- Preparation of annual accounts and coordination with external auditors and advisors
- Leadership and development of international finance teams
- Oversight of HR administration and payroll processes in cooperation with external providers
- Cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimisation
- Management of banking relationships and financing structures
- Responsibility for tax compliance and structuring, including VAT and corporate income tax
- Oversight of insurance programmes and financial risk management
- Ownership and optimisation of the finance IT and ERP landscape
- Active involvement in M&A activities, integrations, and other strategic initiatives
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5-10+ years of relevant experience, including senior finance leadership positions
- Background in an international, operational, and asset‑heavy environment
- Strong strategic capabilities combined with a hands‑on and pragmatic approach
- Proven experience operating at both executive and operational levels
- Solid exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures and seniority levels
