Your responsibilities as Technical Operator include:
- Operating, setting up and optimizing Paperbag production machines
- Performing first and second line troubleshooting on mechanical and process related issues
- Planning and carrying out preventive maintenance and scheduled cleaning activities
- Diagnosing machine failures using structured problem solving and Root Cause Analysis if necessary
- Prioritizing maintenance activities while balancing production continuity, product quality and customer delivery
- Coordinating with Operators, Supervisors and Maintenance to minimize downtime
- Providing structured technical handovers, including clear documentation of issues, actions taken and follow-up requirements
- Training and coaching Operators on machine operation, adjustments and troubleshooting techniques
- Identifying opportunities to improve machine performance, reliability and production efficiency
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely while maintaining a clean and organized production environment
- Acting as the technical knowledge holder for your production line and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Working hours
In this full-time position you will be working in four shifts.
