Forklift driver shipments

We currently have a new chance for a forklift driver who is available for work in 3-shifts. You are responsible for the smooth flow of goods within a modern logistics terminal in Houten, close to Utrecht. In this role, you ensure that shipments are processed on time and maintain control over the workflow during your shift.
Your activities consist of:

• Loading and unloading trucks so shipments are processed on time;
• Moving goods within the warehouse using a forklift and other equipment;
• Scanning and checking shipments for accuracy and quality;
• Organizing and securing goods for safe transport.

You will work as a forklift driver 3-shift in a fixed rotating schedule. The morning shift runs from 07:00 to 15:30, the afternoon shift from 16:00 to 00:30, and the night shift from 23:00 to 07:30. Wat bieden we jou

• An hourly wage starting from €15.61, with allowances increasing your pay to €20.29 during evening/night shifts and €23.42 on Saturdays.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position at DHL Freight.
• A full-time role of 40 hours per week in a rotating 3-shift schedule.
• Reimbursement for commuting costs, with a fixed maximum per day.

Functie-eisen

• Valid forklift license with 2 years of experience.
• Physically fit for lifting and warehouse tasks.
• Willing to work in a rotating 3-shift system.
• Resides near Houten, Nieuwegein, or Utrecht.
• Experience in logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
