As a Technical Operator, you are responsible for the performance, reliability and continuity of specialized large format printing machines. You combine operational responsibilities with first-line technical support and work closely with Production, Maintenance and Supervisors to keep the production process running efficiently.
Your daily tasks include:
- Operating, setting up and adjusting large format printing equipment
- Performing first-line troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or process-related issues
- Carrying out preventive maintenance to reduce machine downtime
- Monitoring machine performance and identifying process improvement opportunities
- Testing machine modifications, software updates and technical improvements
- Verifying the quality and safety of maintenance work carried out by colleagues or external contractors
- Providing clear and structured shift handovers with accurate technical documentation
- Supporting and training operators in machine operation and basic troubleshooting
- Collaborating with Maintenance and Production teams to maximize machine availability
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining quality and delivery performance
- Gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,000
- Shift allowance on top of your salary

Working hours
