What the role looks likeAt Super Lyan, nobody is "just" a bartender.
Our entire team rotates between working behind the bar, preparing ingredients and mise en place, and hosting guests on the floor. One shift you'll be creating cocktails, the next you'll be guiding guests through the menu, sharing stories behind the drinks or making sure service flows seamlessly from the first welcome to the final goodbye.
We believe the best bartenders understand every part of the operation. By rotating throughout the venue, everyone develops a deeper understanding of the guest experience and becomes a stronger teammate.
