PM Group are seeking an experienced E&I Lead to join our pharma construction project team in Geel, Belgium.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical and instrumentation package delivery from design development through commissioning for a pharma manufacturing facility
- Oversee E&I design coordination including power distribution systems, process control integration, and instrumentation requirements for pharmaceutical operations
- Manage contractor selection, performance monitoring, and quality control for electrical installations including cleanroom power systems and process automation
- Coordinate with process engineers and automation specialists to ensure E&I systems meet pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements and regulatory standards
- Supervise installation of critical electrical infrastructure including emergency power and UPS systems
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, EU safety directives, and pharmaceutical industry standards throughout E&I construction phases
- Manage package budgets, change control processes, and schedule adherence while maintaining quality standards for pharmaceutical-grade installations
- Facilitate design reviews, technical specifications approval, and coordination meetings with multidisciplinary project teams
- Oversee E&I commissioning activities including system testing, loop checking, and performance qualification protocols for validation
Qualifications
- Experienced managing E&I construction projects, preferably within pharmaceutical or process manufacturing industries
- Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, EU safety standards, and pharmaceutical industry requirements for electrical and control systems
- Experience with pharma facility qualification for electrical and instrumentation systems
- Understanding of process control systems, automation technologies, and specialized electrical requirements for pharma manufacturing
- Proven track record managing complex technical packages with multiple stakeholders and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree / diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Proficiency in English + Dutch and/or French languages advantageous
