We are looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator (Mechanical) for a major pharma construction project close to Geel, Belgium.
Responsibilities
- Administer contracts for mechanical systems including HVAC, process piping, and clean utilities
- Support procurement and tendering for mechanical work packages
- Review mechanical contractor submittals and documentation for contractual compliance
- Track mechanical variation orders and evaluate cost/schedule impacts
- Maintain documentation for mechanical systems installation and commissioning
- Verify mechanical contractor payment applications against work completed
- Participate in mechanical coordination meetings and provide contract input
- Support mechanical close-out, system testing, and completion certification
Qualifications
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Knowledge of mechanical systems in pharmaceutical facilities (HVAC, utilities, process piping)
- 5+ years' experience in contracts administration for mechanical installations
- Familiarity with GMP requirements for pharmaceutical mechanical systems
