TL;DR
We're looking for our first in-house AI GTM Engineer. Someone who can build a HubSpot workflow in the morning, wire up an n8n automation over lunch, and ship a Claude-powered agent that drafts your competitive analysis before your coffee's cold. You'll be the strategic bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Operations, making sure our revenue engine runs as one machine, not three silos. Think: 50% systems & architecture, 30% process optimization, 20% stakeholder enablement. If you get excited about both clean data models and commercial impact, and you'd rather build with AI than watch it happen, keep reading.
About Chainels
Chainels is building the operating system for real estate, and for the urban spaces around it. Our TenantOS helps property managers and landlords run their shopping centres and residential buildings, engage tenants, and prove their impact. City Connect, the UrbanOS, does the same for the community managers of cities, streets, and business parks. You'll touch both brands.
We're post-Series A, trusted across 20+ countries, powering 1,000+ communities and 500,000+ users, and on a trajectory to €10M ARR.
We're an AI-native, Claude-first company. Every team at Chainels works with Claude daily, from engineering to content to operations, and our platform's own AI layer (Ask, Assist, Aware) is built on Anthropic's models and MCP. AI is not a buzzword here. It's how we grow and it's how our platform thinks.
The team you'll be joining
You'll be the first dedicated AI GTM Engineer at Chainels. Until now, revenue operations has been handled across the team, with the CEO and commercial leads stitching things together. That got us far, but we need someone to own it properly.
You'll sit across our commercial organization, a team of 15 spanning Marketing, Sales, and Service. You report directly to the CEO and COO, giving you the mandate and visibility to drive change across functions. Day to day, you'll be the sparring partner for Marketing on attribution and automation, for Sales on pipeline hygiene and tooling, and for Service on retention workflows and customer health. You're the connective tissue that turns three teams into one revenue engine.
This is a building role, not an inherited one. You'll shape the systems, processes, and playbooks from the ground up. That said, you're not starting from zero. We already run on HubSpot, n8n, Claude company-wide, Claude Code, and MCP servers connecting our entire stack. What's missing is the person who connects it all.
We believe AI is a teammate too. You should be comfortable working that way. Not just prompting, but building with it.
Key responsibilities
Revenue Systems & Architecture (~50%)
You own the tech stack that powers our go-to-market.
- Own HubSpot as our central 360° customer intelligence platform: pipelines, custom objects, lifecycle stages, reporting, and integrations
- Build and maintain a reporting infrastructure that gives real-time visibility into pipeline health, MRR movement, and revenue metrics
- Build AI-driven workflows with Claude, MCP, n8n, Lemlist and Clay: from automated enrichment and lead scoring to agentic research and reporting
- Ensure clean data flows across the entire customer journey, from first touch to renewal
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and the rest of our stack, using MCP as the connective layer where it makes sense
Process Optimization (~30%)
You design the playbooks that make teams faster.
- Design and maintain seamless workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Service
- Eliminate friction points in the customer journey. If a handoff is clunky, you fix it
- Build operational frameworks that work today and scale for tomorrow
- Use Claude to accelerate research, analysis, and documentation, and help the commercial team level up their own AI workflows
- Set up marketing automations, lead scoring, and email workflows together with our marketer
Stakeholder Enablement (~20%)
You make everyone around you more effective.
- Navigate competing priorities across commercial and technical stakeholders
- Translate complex operational requirements into clear business outcomes for leadership
- Drive adoption of new processes and AI tools through influence and demonstrated value
- Be the go-to person for Marketing on campaign attribution, for Sales on pipeline hygiene, and for leadership on forecasting
Who you are
- 3 to 5 years of experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, or marketing/sales operations within B2B SaaS
- Deep technical proficiency with HubSpot: workflows, custom objects, reporting, API integrations. You don't just use HubSpot, you architect it
- Practical experience with automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier. You've built real workflows, not just watched tutorials
- You've built with LLMs beyond basic prompting: Claude Projects, custom skills, MCP connections, or agentic workflows. You see AI as a multiplier and you're always looking for the next use case
- Systems thinker: you anticipate downstream impacts and design for scalability
- Data-fluent: comfortable in spreadsheets, APIs, and analytics platforms
- Strong communicator who translates between technical teams and commercial leadership effortlessly
- Proactive, hands-on, and not precious about "that's not my job." In a small team, everyone pitches in
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
- Based in or near the Rotterdam area (we work hybrid, 2 days in the office)
Bonus points
- You've worked in proptech, real estate, or another niche B2B vertical
- Experience with high-ACV deal cycles and complex buying committees
- You've built or scaled a RevOps function before, ideally as the first hire
- Familiarity with Clay, Lemlist, or similar outbound/ABM tooling
- Experience operating across European markets
- You've shipped something with Claude Code or built your own MCP server. Show us, we'd love to see it
We offer
- Full Claude access for daily work, plus budget to experiment with the latest AI tooling
- Yearly personal development budget for your continuous growth
- Inspiring and dynamic work environment in a fast-growing, international company
- Competitive salary and benefits package, including a modern pension plan
- Vibrant company culture, celebrating results and supporting each other's growth through shared failures and successes
- Hybrid working model
- Laptop (Windows or MacBook) and Phone (iOS or Android)
- 25 days of annual leave
- Complimentary lunch and snacks at the office
- Team outings , vrijmibo , team trips away
We are currently not hiring applicants who live outside of the EU.
