About this vacancy

At TMC, we are looking for a driven junior QHSE employee who can help our clients manage quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental standards effectively-not just on paper but also in practice. ### What will you focus on daily? You will support, monitor, and improve the QHSE management system at our client's site. You ensure that processes align with practical application and comply with applicable laws and regulations, such as VCA and ISO guidelines, procedures, work instructions, and registrations. You collect information, identify discrepancies, and actively contribute to improvement measures. Additionally, you will assist in creating annual plans and reports. The motto? Improving a little bit every day.

What we expect from you

• At least a completed MBO level 4 education
• At least one year of experience in an administrative role
• Affinity with occupational health, quality, and environment
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
• Preferred: VCA-Vol certificate and a category B driving license
• You are proactive, perceptive, and social, and you keep your knowledge of occupational health and environmental legislation up-to-date
• Available for 20-24 hours per week
