As a shipping clerk, you are a vital link in the supply chain and warehouse operations. Together with a positive and energetic team, you ensure that finished orders are packed accurately, securely bound to pallets, and prepared for damage-free transit across the globe. You operate in a fast-paced environment with challenging targets, seamlessly shifting between physical warehouse tasks and system-based administrative tracking. Every day brings new challenges, offering you plenty of autonomy to manage your workload and contribute to operational success.

Responsibilities

• Packing finished orders into correctly sized boxes and securing them safely onto pallets
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and clear assembly zone within the warehouse at all times
• Prepacking accessories in date order while verifying quantities and specific order instructions
• Checking logistics systems for any last-minute order modifications before final dispatch
• Processing shipments and booking European orders directly with transport carriers
• Preparing accurate shipping documentation and arranging labeled boxes for transport loading
• Operating in full compliance with the Known Consignor regulations for secure air freight

Requirements

• Relevant work experience within a logistics or shipping department
• Professional communication skills in the English language
• Self-managed, proactive, and collaborative approach to tasks
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours if operational demand requires it
• Prior knowledge of logistics systems (such as Oracle, Kewill, or Blujay) is beneficial
• A valid Dutch forklift license is highly preferable
