As a logistics operation support officer, you will be the organizational backbone across the operational departments of a large and rapidly growing company. You will start your workday by processing and checking documents in the NOA department, ensuring all data is accurately entered into the CRM system. Next, you will seamlessly transition to supporting ongoing shipments and scheduling. Because you are deployed across various departments, you will quickly build a broad internal network and develop into an indispensable, all-round professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Checking, processing, and managing all logistics documentation within the NOA department.
- Keeping client information and shipment data up to date in the CRM system.
- Assisting with the creation and monitoring of operational schedules.
- Liaising with internal departments to optimize the administrative workflow.
- Identifying administrative bottlenecks and proactively resolving them.
- Proven experience with accurately working in CRM systems.
- Strong administrative skills and an eye for detail.
- A flexible mindset regarding working hours in a two-shift system (rotating between 07:00-16:00, 08:00-17:00, and 15:50-00:50/01:50/02:50).
- Availability to work two weekend days per month.
