As an operator, you'll be at the heart of the production process, contributing to the creation of sustainable raw materials for the agricultural industry. You'll work in a modern, clean production environment alongside a motivated team, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Your technical expertise and proactive mindset will help maintain smooth operations in a 3-shift system, while your attention to detail ensures compliance with hygiene protocols and production goals.

You will work in a large, modern, and well-organized production facility with high ceilings, clearly marked walkways for safety, and a professional working environment. Much of the production process is automated: raw materials are transported via conveyor belts and dosing systems, mixed in a processing installation, and then packaged in a separate cleanroom area where employees wear protective clothing. Quality checks are performed at stainless steel workstations equipped with weighing and measuring equipment. Finished products are stored in a spacious and temperature-controlled warehouse. In short: you will be working in a clean, structured, and technically advanced workplace.

What You Will Do:

• Preparation: collecting raw materials and production supplies, taking over tasks from the previous shift, and participating in shift handovers.
• Machine operation: setting up and operating various machines, including process mixers and packaging equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Monitoring: supervising key production parameters to ensure quality and efficiency, and making minor adjustments when necessary.
• Quality control: performing visual inspections, taking and submitting samples, and reporting deviations in a timely manner.
• First-line maintenance: replacing small components using hand tools and resolving minor technical issues independently; larger malfunctions are reported to your supervisor.
• Cleaning: maintaining equipment, machinery, and production areas according to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Administration: completing production documentation to ensure accurate and reliable process records.

Here's what we offer:

• A gross monthly salary between €4,125 and €4,375, including shift allowance and annual bonus, based on 40 hours per week.
• A permanent contract prospect in a full-time role.
• Work 40 hours per week in a 3-shift system.
• 25 vacation days per year plus approximately 13 additional paid days off (ADV hours).
• 8% holiday allowance.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre for home-to-work travel, up to a maximum of 25 km one way per day worked.
• Overtime compensation: 150% on weekdays, 200% on weekends, and 300% on public holidays.

We are seeking a proactive operator with technical expertise and a commitment to quality in a dynamic production environment.

• Affinity with or education in a technical field; experience in a food production or chemical environment is an advantage, but not required. We are happy to train motivated candidates.
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of protocols and hygienic standards; cleanroom experience is a plus.
• Technical skills to identify malfunctions and independently perform simple repairs.
• You are physically fit and able to perform tasks that may involve lifting, carrying, standing and walking for extended periods.
• You are a team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues and taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Own accommodation and reliable transport.
