Food & Beverage Team Leader

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you are at the heart of the operation, leading from the floor and ensuring every service moment runs smoothly. You support, guide, and motivate the team while delivering memorable guest experiences across all outlets. This role is key in ensuring consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and a positive team environment during both calm and high-volume periods.

Responsibilities * Lead and support daily service across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and banqueting * Act as the first point of contact on shift for the F&B team * Ensure service standards, presentation, and guest experience are consistently met * Support onboarding and provide on-the-job coaching to team members * Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service flow * Assist with shift planning, handovers, and operational communication * Handle guest feedback proactively and professionally * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards * Step in operationally where needed and remain flexible across service styles and volumes

Essential Requirements
