As a front desk assistant in our organization, you will greet drivers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. You’ll be the first point of contact and ready to assist them. Your tasks will include:
- Welcoming drivers and visitors at the reception
- Providing information about locations, routes, and procedures
- Directing drivers to the correct location within our logistics center
- Processing required documents and performing administrative tasks
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Maintaining order and cleanliness at the reception desk
- You speak dutch and enligsh
- You work accurately and have attention to detail
- You are able to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- You are reliable and motivated to meet daily targets
- You can work well both independently and as part of a team
- You are physically able to perform standing work
- Experience in production, logistics, or packing is an advantage, but not required
- Employment contract with Charlie works
