You will operate roasting equipment, monitor temperatures and cooking times, and perform quality checks on color, texture, and doneness. Maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace in compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations is an essential part of the role.
Start times vary between 05:00 and 08:00 depending on the department, and most shifts last around 8 hours, Monday through Friday. Extra hours or weekend work may be scheduled based on operational needs.
Job Requirements:
- You are interested in production work and want to be part of the production process.
- Experience is not a must, you can learn everything from the team at Luiten. It is more important to be enthusiastic and motivated.
- You are able to stand for a longer time.
- You speak English and/or Dutch.
- You are able to work in a production enviroment with meat.
- You are available during peak periods (December and Easter).
- Willingness to adhere to regulations regarding All visible jewelry, piercings, false nails/eyelashes, or nail polish, which are prohibited in food production environments.
