W Amsterdam (Spuistraat 175) is now casting a Junior In Room Dining Manager to join our B&F (Beverage & Food) team.

As a Junior In Room Dining Manager, you are responsible for supporting and leading the daily operations of our In Room Dining service. You ensure that every guest experience is elevated, personal, and unforgettable-bringing the W vibe directly into their rooms.

You are hands-on, proactive, and passionate about delivering luxury service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Support the Banqueting & In Room Dining Manager in daily operations

• Lead and coach the IRD team during shifts, ensuring service excellence

• Oversee order taking, delivery, and presentation of all In Room Dining experiences

• Ensure all Mix Bars (minibars) are perfectly stocked and aligned with brand standards

• Monitor quality, timing, and guest satisfaction across all IRD touchpoints

• Drive a Whatever/Whenever mindset, turning every request into a "yes" experience

• Be fully "in the know" about menus, promotions, hotel offerings, and local insights

• Ensure smooth communication with kitchen, bar, and other departments

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a flawless guest environment

• Optimize workflows and ensure efficient mise en place practices

• Handle guest feedback and escalate where needed, always aiming to exceed expectations

• Support staffing, scheduling, and training of IRD team members

• A natural leader with strong communication skills

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and creative

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with music and pressure

• Guest-focused with a strong eye for detail

• A true team player who thrives on collaboration

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar or supervisory F&B role

• Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus

• Fluency in English

• Dutch and additional languages are a plus

• Valid work permit for the Netherlands
