You won't be dialing from a script and grinding a spreadsheet. You'll run outbound like a one-person growth team - using AI to research accounts, personalize outreach, and move faster than a whole SDR desk. Front-row seat to how we win our first customers, and 5% of every deal you close 💶
Tasks
- Run outreach across calls, WhatsApp, and Email - with AI drafting and prepping you for every conversation
- Build and run outbound experiments: let AI do the research, you bring the judgment and "you" (real person)
- Prep demos and follow-ups faster with AI, so your time goes to the human parts
- Learn what actually moves a deal - and teach the system what you learn
Requirements
- Driven and curious - about people and about AI
- Already living in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, whatever you've made your own) and hungry to get sharper
- Not afraid to pick up the phone
- Dutch is a must (but with great results you can prove I'm wrong)
- Another European language is a plus
