Work this summer in a place where other people go on holiday: Cadzand-Bad. From 1 July until 31 August, you will work in a large restaurant with a spacious terrace, just behind the dunes and close to the beach.
You earn €17.67 per hour all-in, paid weekly, work 38 hours per week and housing is available for €75 per month. If it works well for both sides, there is a possibility to extend until the second week of September, or to return next year.
About the place
You will work at a holiday park in Cadzand-Bad, on the Zeeland coast. The restaurant is located just behind the dunes, surrounded by beach, nature and plenty of good hospitality spots nearby.
Cadzand is a beautiful place to live and work temporarily. You are close to the beach, surrounded by nature and also near Belgium. This makes the job more than just a summer position: it gives you the chance to spend the season in a special coastal location.
The guests are mainly holidaymakers, families and international visitors. The atmosphere is lively, social and seasonal. You will work in a young, international team that is also housed on location, which makes it easy to become part of the community outside working hours too.
The role
As a waiter / waitress, you will work in the restaurant and on the terrace. You welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks and keep an overview during busy moments.
You will work weekdays and weekends, during the day and in the evening. Shifts usually do not finish late, so there is also time to enjoy Cadzand, the beach and the surrounding area.
