Responsibilities- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the EMEA market, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies.
- Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and messaging.
- Plan and execute demand generation programs, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing to support pipeline growth.
- Lead regional trade shows, conferences, and customer events, ensuring strong brand presence and engagement.
- Develop marketing materials, sales tools, and training programs to support the commercial team.
- Work closely with the global marketing team to localize messaging, collateral, and campaigns for the EMEA audience.
- Manage the regional marketing budget effectively, tracking performance and optimizing spend to maximize return on investment.
- Partner with product management, sales, and corporate marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful regional marketing approach.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in regional marketing, preferably within the bioprocessing life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry, including key market dynamics and customer needs.
- Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and event management.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and optimize strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%) within the region for events, customer meetings, and team collaborations.
The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $63,000-.$86,250. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package. We offer a wide range of benefits such as paid time off, health/dental/vision, retirement benefits and flexible spending accounts.
