Event Project Coordinator EMEA

At o9, you will be responsible for the coordination of interactive roundtable discussions, networking sessions, webinars and workshops with industry practitioners focusing on a specific topic. You will also coordinate, organize and plan events in synchronicity with our Engagement Marketing team.

• You are passionate about project management and enjoy coordinating all activities around events, including dates in the calendar, list of participants, invitations, tracking of attendance and scheduling meetings.
• You are a multitasker, keeping the internal dashboard in place while working on multiple events to ensure they are all in place.
• You work with different team members to ensure perfect alignment between teams, keeping ongoing communication with the wider teams.
• You thrive in the adrenaline of the event day, supporting the team in the seamless execution of the events.
• You have a great priority‑setting ability and a sense of urgency.
• You are used to working in a multicultural environment and are a true team player.
• You understand, act on and embrace the company’s culture and work well in our flat structure.
• You are a data lover who is curious about the insights that data brings to the table.
