Warehouse Manager

• Ensure efficient and smooth operations within the entire physical operation, adhering to budgeted guidelines.
• Align customer demands with available warehouse stock.
• Lead and manage supervisors, overseeing daily work activities within the department.
• Supervise personnel to maintain order and safety in the warehouse.
• Coach and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
• Foster collaboration within the supervisor team to elevate site performance.
• Monitor and enhance communication and cooperation within the site and with other sites/departments.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the departmental plan.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement methodology.

• Higher vocational education (HBO) work/thinking level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Solid knowledge of WMS (preferably PKMS).
• At least 3 years of successful leadership experience in fashion logistics.
• Independent and flexible work attitude with the ability to make quick, creative, effective decisions.
• Pragmatic approach with a focus on integrated logistics solutions.
• Driven, convincing, and capable of working independently.
• Stress‑resistant and adaptable to rapid changes.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
