Logistics Order Planner

For our Logistics department in Eindhoven, we are looking for a: Logistics Order Planner.

• Managing internal planning processes relating to (MTO) orders in collaboration with production and packaging departments.
• Managing consignment fibre stock and sales orders both at the customer\'s premises and in our ERP system (SAP).
• Managing the logistics processes relating to sales, colour, speciality and rework orders in collaboration with various departments.
• Managing fibre stock in the fibre warehouse and indicating when stocks of obsolete fibres are accumulating.
• Coordinating daily with internal stakeholders about production and adjusting the planning accordingly.
• Managing call-off orders from an external fibre supplier.
• As a Logistics Order Planner, be an enthusiastic, reliable and solution-oriented employee who looks to continuously improve existing processes.

• Completed higher professional education (HBO) degree, preferably in logistics or business administration, with 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to make decisions independently; strong planning and organizing skills; able to persuade others.
• Administrative and analytical abilities to handle pressure from various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with improvement processes (such as LEAN) and knowledge of legal regulations concerning exports.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and other export-related processes (preferred).
• Proactive work attitude and accuracy in work.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English; hold a Basic VCA certificate or be willing to obtain one within one month of starting.

A challenging position in an innovative production environment, graded at scale 10. The salary depends on your education and experience. You are entitled to 27 days of holiday and 13 ATV days based on full-time employment.
