Job Title: B2B Logistic Coordinator

Role Summary: You will be responsible for the outbound delivery and return process of the Consumer Electronics division throughout Benelux in accordance with Samsung key performance indicators regarding warehousing, distribution & returns to achieve optimum cost‑efficient distribution and minimum return flow, ensuring internal and external customers are satisfied with the delivered performance.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain daily contact with warehouse, supply chain management, order desk, sales subsidiaries, and 3PL logistics partners.
- Focus on white goods operation.
- Secure accurate outbound transport.
- Prevent and resolve logistics issues while meeting customer requirements.
- Analyze processes, prepare reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor deliveries, IOD/GI control, and direct shipments.
- Handle returns/refusals, support claims, and minimize blocked stock.
- Provide marketing and promotional support.
- Check exceptional costs and support month‑end reporting activities.
- Act as back‑up for other Logistics Coordinators.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level); Dutch highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and MicrosoftExcel.
- Willingness to travel regularly between company sites (mainly Tilburg, with weekly travel to Delft and Schiphol).
