THIS IS AN EMBEDDED ROLE working directly within the marketing team of a UK Award winning fintech, based at their offices in Canary Wharf. You will sit at the heart of their in-house function, acting as a Performance Marketing Manager, reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing and sitting in the heart of the growth marketing team. We are open to either a 6 month fixed‑term contract, or freelance, with a view to go permanent.
What you’ll do- Manage and optimise performance campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, Reddit, TikTok and Programmatic.
- Monitor performance against CAC, LTV and growth targets, making decisions that balance scale with efficiency.
- Analyse data, spot trends and turn insight into action across campaign structure, spend, targeting and creative testing.
- Work closely with creative and brand teams to develop and test high‑performing ad creative and messaging.
- Partner with product, analytics and Current Account stakeholders to make sure performance activity supports wider business goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners, making sure activity is clear, well managed and commercially focused.
- Help build the foundations of a growing Performance Marketing function.
- Recent, hands‑on experience managing performance marketing campaigns and are genuinely happy to stay close to the operational detail.
- Have managed campaigns across more than one performance platform, such as Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Reddit or Programmatic.
- Have strong mobile‑first acquisition experience and understand the difference between web and app‑based customer journeys.
- Are confident working with data, using tools such as Excel, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Looker, Tableau or similar.
- Understand mobile attribution and measurement, including platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar.
- Commercially minded and comfortable optimising towards CAC, LTV and growth targets.
- Understand how creative performance influences acquisition and enjoy testing messaging, formats and customer angles.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, agencies and cross‑functional teams.
- Are organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
- Experience in fintech, banking, regulated industries or app‑first consumer products.
- Experience scaling subscription‑based or mobile‑first products.
- Experience managing agencies or external media partners.
- Knowledge of incrementality testing, attribution modelling or App Store Optimisation.
- Experience with landing page optimisation or experimentation tools.
- Experience managing influencer performance campaigns across YouTube, TikTok or Meta.
- Experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency or campaign workflows.
