- Business accelerator for our clients and DEPT®, driving growth and revenue expansion.
- Overall responsibility for client success and account expansion, ensuring profitable sales volume.
- Lead and coordinate senior DEPT® teams on client projects.
- Monitor client product performance and key metrics, taking optimisation actions when needed.
- Maintain client satisfaction and drive strategic, sustainable development through the right formats.
- Understand client business goals and pain points to adapt offers to their objectives.
- Map client stakeholder landscape and maintain regular communication with stakeholders, DEPT® management, experts, project managers and other business units.
- Ask pertinent questions to uncover new business opportunities.
- Deliver client presentations and manage quarterly/annual planning meetings to keep client goals on target.
- Present work internally and externally.
- Extensive experience managing global digital experience and technology accounts with annual budgets in the seven-figure range.
- Proven ability to manage and facilitate international and cross‑functional teams.
- Insight‑driven, data‑based strategy development.
- Deep understanding of digital experience mechanisms and current industry trends.
- Successful track record of providing strategic advice and delivering profitable sales.
- Experience in agency environments, preferably tech agencies.
- Solid knowledge of platform, UX and UI design concepts.
- Excellent presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly on slides.
- Strong reporting and analysis skills, able to give clear instructions for future actions.
- Professional proficiency in German and English, with the ability to serve German‑speaking clients.
