Job Description

This role involves leading engagement efforts for SAP QM and S/4 Hana implementations, guiding teams on architecture, design reviews, and client training, and shaping value‑adding consulting solutions to meet evolving client needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Anchor engagement effort from business process consulting to solution design, development, and deployment.
• Lead problem definition and solution discovery, guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
• Serve as key advisor on architecture and design reviews.
• Anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in‑house capability building.
• Shape consulting solutions that enable clients to meet changing global landscape needs.

Essential Skills / Competencies

• SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP QM (S/4HANA preferred).
• Deep functional knowledge of inspection processing, batch management, quality notifications, and QM reporting.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end QM implementations and global rollouts.
• Strong experience in global template governance and standardization.
• Expertise in defining WRICEF objects and functional specifications.
• Lead end‑to‑end design, configuration, and rollout of SAP S/4HANA QM processes.
• Configure and optimize QM transactions (QA11, QA12, QA32, QA33) including selection screens, ALV layouts, and table controls.
• Govern global QM template objects ensuring adherence to naming standards and rollout guidelines.
• Design and manage batch‑related quality processes, including Quality Batch Status and expired batches.
• Define WRICEF requirements and provide functional specifications for QM developments.
• Drive data quality initiatives by identifying inconsistencies and defining validation logic.
• Define and validate QM reporting requirements for chain‑of‑custody tracking and event‑based reporting.
• Define Fiori app requirements and ensure usability, performance, and adoption.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure role‑based access and resolve authorization issues.
• Ensure compliance with global template standards and integration with MM, PP, and SD.

Preferred Skills / Competencies

• Experience in Life science domain.
• SAP S/4 EWM technical know‑how, high‑level and roadmap knowledge.
• Previous experience working in Pharmaceutical vertical.
• Multilingual proficiency; English is required.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharma or life sciences.
• Exposure to LIMS or external quality systems.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and UX design principles.
• Knowledge of audit, compliance, and data governance frameworks.

• Strong documentation skills: BBP, Functional Design Documents, SOPs, Training Material.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with structured defect and issue management.
• Presales and consulting mindset: client advisory, value articulation, roadmap definition.
• Familiarity with delivery tools such as Solution Manager, JIRA/ALM, ChaRM.
• Ability to operate effectively in matrixed, global delivery models.
