What You’ll Do- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—for our bag filling and palletizing systems.
- Identify and develop opportunities in untapped regions and industries.
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored, high‑value solutions that reflect Symach’s engineering strengths.
- Work closely with Sales Engineers, Product Line Leaders, and Aftermarket Services to ensure seamless execution.
- Represent Symach globally: attend trade shows, customer visits, and industry events as a brand ambassador.
- Serve as the point of contact for potential customers seeking to optimize their processes with a palletizer or bagging machine, or for existing customers looking to upgrade or expand their operations.
- Manage commercial projects, starting with manageable ones and gradually taking on more complex transactions.
- Work with colleagues and upstream/downstream partners supporting our customer ecosystem.
- Identify trends in the agricultural, pet food, animal feed, and packaging machinery sectors in collaboration with Business Intelligence and Marketing, and translate them into new project opportunities.
- Record customer interactions, agreements, and reports in our CRM system to ensure efficient and structured commercial processes.
- A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of international B2B sales experience—ideally in industrial automation or packaging, or with a background in animal feed, petfood or agro.
- A consultative sales style and a passion for solving real‑world challenges.
- Fluency in English and Dutch (additional languages like German, French and/or Spanish are a major plus).
- Experience with CRM and ERP tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Ridder IQ).
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.
