Realists Academy 2.0 – the inclusion makers is a six‑month program for young people aged 14 to 27 with a physical, chronic, psychological or intellectual disability. Participants receive professional training, develop personal skills, and build a social and professional network to increase their employability.
Responsibilities- Share personal experiences of living and working with a disability to inspire and activate others.
- Prepare and deliver a pitch or information session about the labour market.
- Present sessions online or on site to schools and companies.
- Apply the knowledge gained during training to real‑world contexts.
- Age 14-27 years (slightly older applicants may be considered after contact).
- Having a physical, chronic, psychological or intellectual disability.
- Strong desire to raise awareness of the capabilities of disabled youth and to pursue a permanent place in the labour market.
- Interest in participating in a social service time project.
The program lasts at least six months after the basic training. Participants are expected to commit about six hours per month. The program offers professional development, networking opportunities, and the chance to build a realistic view of future possibilities.
