- Build and execute digital marketing programs that generate qualified leads and strengthen the top of the commercial funnel.
- Translate complex scientific and technical offerings into effective campaigns, clear messaging, and high‑converting digital experiences.
- Partner closely with scientists, account managers, business development, and leadership to align campaigns with business goals and sales priorities.
- Own campaign execution, website optimization, lead generation, and marketing performance tracking.
- Coordinate marketing content creation with external copywriters, freelancers, and interns, ensuring scientific accuracy and commercial relevance.
- Develop and execute multi‑channel demand generation campaigns tailored to key target audiences within biotech and pharma, including LinkedIn, email, webinars, and landing pages.
- Manage organic and paid campaigns: audience targeting, campaign setup, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization.
- Build and improve landing pages and website content using WordPress and Elementor, focusing on conversion performance, user experience, and SEO fundamentals.
- Own email marketing execution and automation workflows, include nurture campaigns, segmentation, lead capture, and lifecycle communication.
- Promote and follow up on webinars with internal experts and commercial teams to translate engagement into measurable pipeline activity.
- Track and report performance across campaigns and channels, including MQLs, SQLs, CPL, conversion rates, website traffic, campaign attribution, and funnel performance.
- Support account‑based and territory‑based marketing initiatives in partnership with the commercial team.
- Manage interns, freelancers, and external partners who support marketing functions.
- Master’s degree strongly preferred in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related scientific field.
- Bachelor’s degree candidates only considered with proven B2B demand generation experience in CRO, CDMO, genomics, diagnostics, or another highly technical life sciences environment.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing within life sciences, biotech, CRO, CDMO, diagnostics, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of how to market to stakeholders such as QC, Procurement, R&D, and scientific decision makers in biotech and pharma.
- Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn campaigns (organic and paid).
- Experience building and optimizing landing pages and website content using WordPress, Elementor, or similar tools.
- Experience with email marketing and automation platforms such as Mailchimp, Apsis, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and external content support simultaneously.
- Proven team leadership experience with a proactive, commercially driven mindset; confident working independently and building from the ground up.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with scientists, commercial teams, and leadership.
- Genomics, microbiology, vaccine development, cell and gene therapy, or relevant life sciences services.
