In this role you will help shape and embed strategic, value-based pricing across a diverse and expanding portfolio, moving pricing beyond products into solutions and services. You’ll play a central role in improving margin discipline, strengthening commercial decision-making, and building scalable pricing frameworks that work across global and local teams.
Roles and Responsibilities- Define and implement value-based pricing frameworks across the portfolio, focusing on Young Animal Feed (YAF) and services.
- Ensure right pricing execution and value capture through monitoring, tracking and providing insights for improvements.
- Guide pricing decisions across product life cycles, from launch and growth to maturity, ensuring pricing supports long-term margin management and value capture.
- Support product managers and species teams with clear pricing guidance, challenging pricing decisions where needed to protect margin and strategic positioning.
- Contribute to the development of pricing strategies such as bundled pricing, discount structures and uptake-driven approaches for new and evolving offerings.
- Serve as a central interface between pricing, procurement, finance and other functions to ensure timely, accurate inputs for pricing decisions.
- Help establish and embed pricing governance, tools and back-end processes, including price list management and system setup (ERP / M3).
- Monitor pricing performance and consistency, support adoption of common pricing frameworks across business units and regions.
- Lead the pricing team, building strategic pricing thinking.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years experience in pricing, commercial strategy or value management.
- Hands‑on exposure to value-based pricing and product pricing across full life cycles.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, species, finance and commercial stakeholders in global organisations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and translate KPIs into actionable insights.
- Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.
