As a Strategy Director, you have a pivotal role within the senior team of the Kantar Media & Creative team within Kantar. As a trusted client partner, you will lead and grow relationships with our largest clients, leveraging your expertise in media, marketing, and analytics. You will serve as the primary strategic contact for key clients, connecting their business challenges to innovative solutions in cross-media measurement, creative testing, and campaign intelligence — delivering measurable impact and long-term brand growth. What You’ll Be Doing- Lead senior client relationships across Marketing, Media, Insights, and C-suite stakeholders for key local and global accounts.
- Act as a trusted strategic partner, advising on media strategy, campaign effectiveness, and creative performance.
- Inspire clients through compelling storytelling, presentations, and workshops.
- Drive commercial growth across a portfolio of accounts by identifying and converting cross-sell and upsell opportunities, ensuring strong performance across revenue, margin, and profitability.
- Leverage deep expertise in Kantar’s campaign intelligence solutions to translate complex data and processes into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional account teams as the senior account lead, setting strategic direction, driving alignment, and ensuring high-quality client delivery.
- 10+ years of experience in Media, Creative, Marketing, Consulting, or Insights.
- Proven track record of managing and growing large, strategic client relationships.
- Deep expertise in media, advertising, and market research, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong experience in a senior advisory or strategy role, influencing decision-making at C-level and across senior stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience in building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams, with a strong people-focused and growth-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and engage senior audiences.
- Strong network within the Dutch media and marketing industry.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch preferred.
- Strong on-site presence and regular client visits.
