You will design and maintain the omni‑channel orchestration logic for all automated and campaign‑related messaging delivered to the global talent pool, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities- Channel Orchestration – Design and maintain the master omni‑channel orchestration logic for automated flows, ensuring messaging respects talent contact preferences and behavioral routing data.
- Logic & Hierarchies – Define and implement structural channel hierarchies, communication frequencies, and wait‑step logic to prevent message fatigue and optimize touchpoints.
- OpCo Enablement – Actively support local operating companies (OpCos) in expanding their local channel mix on the R‑one platform, providing framework governance and setup logic.
- Campaign Optimization – Manage audience segmentation, trigger architectures, and channel purpose optimization to maximize retention, redeployment, and sourcing ROI.
- Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with approximately seven years of marketing automation and channel orchestration experience within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Platform Expertise – Proven hands‑on track record configuring complex journeys, data extensions, or trigger logic in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or HubSpot.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Strong communication and analytical skills to translate product‑development capabilities into real‑world marketing solutions across global squads.
- Outside‑In Mindset – A strong perspective on modern cross‑channel engagement trends, balanced with a global mindset to apply these concepts across diverse local market realities.
