As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for your customers while supporting the smooth execution of daily logistics operations. Working closely with customers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate requests, track operational performance, and help maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on client requests by coordinating tasks with internal teams or handling them directly.
- Maintain effective and consistent communication with assigned clients.
- Prepare and share daily operational updates and monthly performance reports with clients, including follow-up on action plans for identified issues.
- Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation within operational systems.
- Maintain and regularly update claims and inbound tracking records.
- Collaborate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Support escalation processes and follow up on operational issues when required.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment where communication, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential to success.
- You have a Bachelor degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Previous working experience is appreciated, not necessarly in logistic.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Wat bieden wij jou
- A salary indication between €2900.- and €3500.- gross per month
- 25 vacation days (full-time)
