Your role in our teamAs a Bike Technician at Decathlon, you'll be responsible for:
- Repairing and maintaining bicycles and other sports equipment
- Ordering spare parts and managing inventory
- Communicating with stores and stakeholders about repairs
- Ensuring products are returned to customers in perfect condition
- Starting salary of €2600 based on a 38-hour work week

We invest in your development through trainings and workshops. As you gain skills, you can progress to higher technician levels with increased responsibilities and salary (€2600 - €2800 for Senior Workshop Technician).
What we're looking for- Minimum 2 years of relevant repair experience (bike technician degree is a plus)
- Enthusiasm for sports and motivation to learn
- Strong team spirit and willingness to help where needed
- Organized work style and good communication skills
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
- EU nationality and residence within 30 km of Tilburg
- Availability for 32-38 hours per week
You'll work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, at our Decathlon Warehouse in Tilburg. No late shifts or weekends required.
