Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam hotel is one of Amsterdam's oldest and finest five-star hotels. This beautiful building dates back to the 17th century and is located on the banks of the Amstel River, in the historic heart of Amsterdam. In this position you will learn everything that is needed for a great career in the kitchen. You prepare dishes according to recipe, you prepare orders to be passed on by carrying out à la minute cooking activities, portioning and garnishing according to established instructions with regard to ingredients, recipe, working methods and external presentation.
